Victory Pipes

Plot Size: 4800 sq.ft | Location: Islamabad, Pakistan | Status: Unbuilt

Victory Pipes is a metal pipe manufacturing company that has been operational for decades.

In collaboration with Khan Architecture and Design, we were tasked with revamping their factory, which was located on a main thoroughfare between Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Originally, the factory had no architectural presence; it consisted of a couple of cubic volumes scattered across the site.

We designed the buildings as a continuous flow of volumes on site; with the materials used in the factory incorporated in the design language.

The facade consisted of vertical and horizontal fins; and we made an effort to incorporate the nature of their products in the facade to serve as a promise of brand quality.

All in all, the project was designed to have a dynamic presence in the urban fabric; and stand out on the thoroughfare for passersby.
