The client wanted to split the house into two units.

What was important about the site where the breathtaking views of the North, which overlooks the Golf Club at the Naval Housing Scheme in Zamzama, and the Southside which was pretty solid.

We wanted to utilize the maximum potential of the natural resources available. This is why we decided to make the most of the natural light available by dividing the house into 2 halves vertically, separated by a triple-height staircase which was also an open skylight.

This way, each of the wings had the view of the golf course from the northern side and their respective access from the roadside in the south.

This house is also an active example of space utilization as it housed 10 people, giving them a total of 9 bedrooms and 2 servant quarters.
