This house was a single-story house, inhabited by a couple who had built the house about 30 years ago.

They wanted to add one more level to the original structure. For that, we used a metal structure that had been made through hollow metal tubes. This allowed the new structure to be lighter than what it would’ve been in stone – making the construction faster and more efficient.

The rooms added on the first floor have pavilions that have been converted into small gardens through landscaping, merging the metal with the red structure and nature. All that with substantial changes to the interior saw us redoing their TV lounge along with the kitchen and dining room. Life was also added for better movement around the house.

This has made the three-decade-old house function in a modern manner and we have made sure the new additions have just added to the calm and composed demeanor of the existing structure.
